Esteemed Titles - Dumfries & Galloway, West Scotland

Our estate is located on the Machars - a peninsula in West Scotland with picturesque views, a dramatic coastline and wonderful trails. We hope that those who visit the land will find the surrounding area as beautiful as we do. With an almost unbroken view of the surrounding bay and hills and plenty to do in nearby Wigtown, this makes for a perfect stop on a trip.

If you do plan on visiting, you may be interested in stopping by Threave Castle, a mystical stronghold on an island in the River Dee built in in 1370s by Archibald the Grim. The extensive forests that make up Galloway Forest Park - the UK's first Dark Sky Park, designated due to the restriction on artificial light pollution are also nearby and home to an extensive range of local wildlife and ancient trees.

Our Lords and Ladies are welcome to visit the plots whenever they wish - but we do ask that any visitors take care to leave the land just as they found it for the enjoyment of all others and for the protection of the land.
